ABOUT WRS:

World Racing Series in a relatively new league on F1, currently heading into our second season of racing. After a difficult, yet successful, season we are proud to be able to say that we have completed Season 1. On the whole the racing in the league has been brilliant to watch and drivers have been exceptionally respectful to one another. Season 2 will begin in early March, with sign-ups opening on February 3rd, and we're hoping that the racing will be just as good as, if not better than, our opening season. There is no doubt that the competition will get even better, so we are confident that things will only get better as we head towards Round 1, Season 2. Following the finale of Season 1, the ownership of the league has seen a small amount of change as can be seen below in our league's organisational format.

Fastest lap - 1 point (Provided the driver finishes in the top 10)

There are a few reasons that we have added this new feature of points for pole position. The reasons are as follows:

- To reward drivers for their ability to be the fastest during qualifying

- To encourage drivers to use to go use the soft tyres at circuits that don't favour the specific tyre in order to add another interesting element to the race weekend

- To make the championship fight closer by mixing up the starting grids for the race

STEWARDING / CLIP REVIEW:

If you are involved in an incident during a race, and wish for a clip to be reviewed, you must send the clip to the league account on XBOX (WRS Official). The deadline for this is Sunday night at 20:00 GMT (the following night of the race). If there are any issues meeting this deadline, you must contact one of your league admins, who will be identified on your specified tier page. If you receive no response, please then forward your message on to ERL Viper9.

When sending a clip in for the stewards to review, we would like a statement from you, which should include the following:

1) When the incident happened and what happened (Not too much detail needed here)

2) All drivers involved

3) Why you believe their should be a penalty

Failure to provide the statement will mean the clip will not be looked at. This is because it saves times for the stewards when they know what to look out for and understand why the clip was sent to them.
